The Articulate Arm has two 5/8" (16mm) hex shaped studs: a 3/8"-16 female thread and a 1/4"-20 female thread. This set includes an adapter spigot (KS-054) that helps convert the female threads on either end to 3/8"-16 or 1/4"-20 male thread. The adapters can mount most cameras & camcorders, AbleNet switches with universal mounting plates, or any other equipment that comes with a 1/4" and 3/8" male or female thread. The Articulated Arm has three 360 degree joints that allow you to easily adjust the position and angle of mounted camera or AAC switch. The joints are equipped with tooth patterns at the center to provide solid locking mechanisms. The hex studs on the end of the Articulated Arm can be connected to the Super Convi Clamp. The Clamp can be securely mounted onto most rails or tubes with external diameters from 0.2 to 2 inches (5-51 mm). The included plastic saddle can be attached to the Super Convi Clamp to securely hold onto tables between 0.2-1.2" (5-30 mm) thick. The user-friendly Clamp is easily secured and removed efficiently. This set mounts an AbleNet Switch or a camera within a flexible 22.5" (57 cm) radius.
